How long does shipping take?
Shipping can very depending on the product and destination. Most orders ship from our location within 2-3 days. USPS Priority from Skagway ususally take 5-7 days.

All Skagway’s Golden Bear jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee due to manufacturing defect as stated below.
The buyer should be aware that stones, leather, and natural materials are prone to irregularities; these are not defects,
and they are a part of what makes our jewelry so unique
and collectible.
An item may be returned for replacement or repair due to
a manufacturer’s defect. A returned piece will be replaced
with the same item. If the item is not available, the Customer may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value.
If an item(s) of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. The guarantee does
not cover normal wear and tear, Safety Chains,
Watch Bands, Watch Crystals and Watch Batteries.

60 Day Return or Exchange Policy
Skagway’s Golden Bear is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your online purchase, within 60 days you may return your item based on our return and exchange policy .
-Jewelry and all other purchases must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories (if applicable).
-Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable,
must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, and engraved items.
Charge credits are issued to original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged within 31 days.
